I am a dental professional with 15 years of experience in the field, specializing in Revenue Cycle management. I have multiple degrees including Accounting, Psychology, and Economics, which have provided me with a well-rounded understanding of the financial aspects of dental practices.
Throughout my career, I have held various positions in the dental field, starting as an Office Assistant and progressing to Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, Office Manager, and finally as a Revenue Cycle Manager. This diverse experience has allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the administrative and clinical duties involved in running a dental office, including patient care, insurance verification, claims processing, and patient billing.
One of the reasons I am passionate about Revenue Cycle Management is because of my background in dentistry. Starting as a Dental Assistant, I gained firsthand knowledge of various treatment procedures and dental codes. This knowledge has been invaluable in my role as a Revenue Cycle Manager, as it allows me to effectively work with claims and ensure accurate billing.
